Between Can Parellada and Les Fonts

These last two weeks I have been working on a mural of almost 100 square meters in the in Terrassa (Barcelona). The commission came from the Ègara high school, a very special high school where students from both the Can Parellada and Les Fonts neighborhoods live together.

The mural is a celebration of the history and relationship between these two neighborhoods, including symbols and elements identifiable by the neighbors, who have welcomed this work with great affection, visiting us while we were painting the mural and congratulating us on good work!

I achieved this result that you see by working side by side with the students, who have been the main protagonists of this work, they gave the ideas they wanted to appear on the mural and finally they painted it under my direction.

I rarely have the opportunity to paint such large walls, and even less dare to paint them collaboratively, for this I want to especially thank Paula and Mont, teacher and director of the center who worked hard for this project to become a reality in the neighborhood.
